By agreeing to these terms, you consent to all charges related to the selected rental package and any additional costs incurred due to breach of these terms, such as late fees or damages. #### Liability and Insurance Capital Elite Rentals offers insurance options at an additional cost; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage for your activities while using our vehicles. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Elite Rentals from any claims arising out of or related to your use of the rented vehicle, except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct. #### Termination of Use We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service without prior notice if we believe there has been a violation of these terms or if continued service poses a risk. All users must adhere strictly to both these terms and any additional licensing agreements as mandated by law.
