✅ Minimum Requirements to Rent

To rent a vehicle from Capital Elite Rentals, you must:

Be 23 years or older

Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (with at least 2 years of driving history)

Have a clean driving record

Own a modern smartphone (Android or iOS)

Be able to provide a valid rideshare or courier driver account (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, etc.)

🛡️ Insurance Made Simple

Rideshare and delivery platforms require specific insurance coverage, and most personal policies don’t qualify. That’s why we offer:

Rideshare-approved insurance included with your rental

Same-day setup so you can get approved and insured in hours

No extra fees — insurance is included in our pricing

Already have your own rideshare insurance? We’ll just need documentation showing it meets all platform standards.

$300 security deposit (refundable within 10–14 days after vehicle return, minus any applicable fees)
